Romeo Gardner is a cybersecurity strategist, educator, and advocate with a passion for protecting people and empowering communities through digital resilience. He currently leads cybersecurity training initiatives at Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS), the 11th largest school system in the nation, where he focuses on building secure environments that support both learning and operations. He also leads district-wide efforts in phishing awareness and cybersafe initiatives for students.
In addition to his work at FCPS, Romeo serves as an instructor at the University of Mary Washington, where he teaches future cybersecurity professionals and shares real-world insights from the front lines of the field.
