About me
Dr. Andrew Kulak is a cybersecurity educator and consultant with a background in rhetoric, human-centered design, security engineering, and cybersecurity risk management. He teaches cybersecurity, data science, and design courses at Virginia Tech. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Kulak manages a cybersecurity internship program and consults on secure systems and cloud strategy for government and commercial clients as an associate of the firm Triple Point Security. His interdisciplinary approach to teaching and mentorship emphasizes the development of ethical, emotionally intelligent, and technically skilled professionals prepared for the complexities of modern cybersecurity work.
